We perform residential appraisal services of all kinds. We provide services for FHA, USDA and conventional loans and refinances. We appraise multi-family properties up to four units and single family properties including but not limited to: condos, townhomes, manufactured homes, new construction homes and pre-construction homes. We also provide land appraisals on all residential properties.
From the date that your appraisal request is accepted it should take no longer than a week. Complex assignments could take a little longer. Most reports will be completed much quicker than this. However, if you absolutely need your appraisal quicker a rush fee can be negotiated.
The cost of the service is subject to the complexity of the assignment. Please contact us about your property for the cost of the service for your home.
